I am an experienced certified alcohol and drug counselor. My certificates are in Co-Occurring disorders and Ca. Certified Peer Support Specialist.  I have been a corporate Sr. software engineer.  I have over 30 years of sobriety. I value the opportunity to use what I know of technology and about recovery to personally guide and coach you through the challenges in recovery.

I experienced despair, helplessness and feeling hopeless until I learned a different way of living.  Today, I have happiness, my self-respect, and a purpose in solid recovery.  

At Coastal Recovery Coach, I help adults through online video conferencing meet their recovery goals.  This includes creating an individualized recovery plan to attain and maintain sobriety from alcohol, drugs, and behavioral addictions. We will work with your co-occurring disorders, if present, when goal planning.  I will support and prepare you as you make the changes that will lead to a healthier and more meaningful way of life. 

MISSION STATEMENT: I use online conferencing to meet with individuals affected by and seeking help from mental health issues, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. My mission is to coach, educate, inspire, and assist those wanting to improve their lives through sobriety or harm reduction methods. We work together to increase emotional, intellectual, and spiritual resources for better health and wellness.
